The way I look at the death penalty is by putting myself in the situation. If someone was going to court for murdering and doing other atrocious things to my child, I would want that person dead. It might sound harsh to many people, but that is how I feel. Can you honestly say you wouldn’t want the person responsible for the death of your child to die?
